Wurno LGA, Sokoto State

Wurno Local Government Area is situated in Sokoto North Senatorial District, with its headquarters in the town of Wurno, located near the Gagere River[1]. The LGA comprises several towns and villages, including Wurno, Achida, Sisawa, Marnowa, Magargaba, Chacho, Marafa, Gyalgyel, and Dinawa[2].
