Isa Local Government Area is located in Sokoto East Senatorial District, with its headquarters in the town of Isa. It shares borders with Shinkafi in Zamfara State to the south, Goronyo to the west, Sabon Birni to the north within Sokoto State, and the Republic of Niger to the east [1]. The LGA includes several towns and villages, such as Turba, Bafarawa, Tozai, Yanfako, Bargaja, Gidan Bawa, Isa, and Gidan Dikko[2].
