Saki West Local Government Area (LGA), with headquarters in the town of Saki , is located in the North Senatorial District , Oyo State, Nigeria.  The longitude and latitude of Saki West are 8°34'11.28" N 3°08'49.85" E.  It covers a total area of 2,060 km². Saki West has a population of 136,236 according to the 2006 census and is projected to have a population of 189,500 in 2022 , with a population density of 189.5 people per square kilometer . The economy is largely based on agriculture and trade.
