Ijebu East LGA, with headquarters in Ogbere town[1], is one of the largest LGAs in Ogun East Senatorial District, Ogun State, Nigeria. Established in 1976, it covers 2,023 square kilometers with a population of 110,196 (2006 census)[2], projected to reach 185,900 by 2022, resulting in a population density of 92 people per square kilometer[3].
