Ringim L.G.A Of JIGAWA State

Ringim Local Government Area (LGA) is situated in Jigawa North-West Senatorial District with its headquarters in the town of Ringim. Part of the Ringim Emirate, the LGA includes towns and villages such as Yakasawa, Marawa, Daurawa, Gasakole, Karshi, Tofa, Dabi, and Ringim . The LGA covers an area of 1,028 km² and had a population of 192,407 in 2006, projected to reach 330,900 in 2022 with a population density of 321.9/km²  .
