Nembe Local Government Area is located in Bayelsa State, Nigeria, and serves as one of the state's key communities. Its headquarters is in the town of Nembe, situated in the eastern part of the area, at coordinates 4°32′22″N 6°24′01″E. The LGA is part of the Bayelsa East Senatorial District.
